PayforShade offers public access and recreational amenities on all our privately owned beachfront properties along the Galveston Seawall.  Offering umbrellas, chairs, and watersport rentals, we are the premiere beach service west of the Sabine.  Our guests enjoy a world class beach experience, concierge services, food and drink service, and the opportunity to support a small business.

Let your special event take center stage on our beaches.  Whether it be the world class Galveston sunsets, the Grand Galvez Hotel, or the Historic Galveston Island Pleasure Pier, our beaches sit in the foreground of Galveston's most iconic landmarks.  We offer clean slate sections of dry beach for special event or wedding venues.  While we cannot cordon off any exclusive beach area, we can ensure your event goes smoothly by facilitating necessary municipal permits and providing seating and shade.

Not all Texas beaches are created equally.  We also offer beachfront property consulting for owners and investors along Galveston Island.
